Vegoris provides software development, consulting, and technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be defined in a separate agreement or statement of work.
Upon full payment for services, clients retain full intellectual property rights to the custom software developed specifically for them. Vegoris retains the right to use general methodologies, tools, and non-proprietary knowledge gained during projects.
Vegoris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any content provided therein.
